Best Instagram Growth Service for Agencies Managing Client Accounts (2026)
The best Instagram growth service for an agency is one that lets you run every client from a single login, add a client with just their Instagram username, set targeting and a plan per client, and pay for everything on one billing page. Those four points decide whether a growth service saves an agency time or adds another set of client logins to protect. This guide gives agency owners and social media managers a checklist for choosing, a worked example of what a five-client roster costs in the first month, and a workflow for onboarding, managing and reporting. Everything about Outfame comes from outfame.com, checked October 28, 2026.
Two other pages cover neighbouring questions, so we will not repeat them. If you want to compare how Outfame handles agencies against other services, see our Instagram growth for agencies page. If you are looking to hire a managed growth agency to grow your own account, read our ranking of the best Instagram growth agencies. This post is for the agency that sells growth to its own clients and needs a tool underneath.
What does an agency need from a growth service?
Running growth for clients differs from running it for yourself in five ways. Use these as a buying checklist:
- One login for every client account. Without it, your team logs in and out of separate accounts all day. Outfame holds as many Instagram accounts as you manage under one login, with an account switcher in the sidebar.
- No client passwords. Each new client otherwise means another password to collect, store and protect. Outfame adds a client by Instagram username only and never asks for the password, so your team never holds client logins and two-factor login stays on.
- A plan and targeting per client. A dental clinic in the US and a fashion label in Spain should not share an audience. In Outfame each account has its own countries, languages, interests, similar accounts and hashtags, so one client's audience never mixes with another's.
- No minimum roster. Outfame's agencies page points out that programs billing per account per day, or starting at 10 accounts, do not fit a team with three clients today and eight next quarter. Outfame has no minimum number of accounts and no application: add a client when the contract is signed.
- One place to bill and report. One saved card covers every account, and every account's invoices sit on one billing page. Each account's dashboard tracks its own follower growth.
How much does a client roster cost?
Each client account runs on its own plan. The first-month prices on the pricing page are $49 for Go, $69 for Grow and $129 for Glory. Outfame does not publish a multi-account discount, so the cost of a roster is simply the sum of its plans.
As an example (our arithmetic, not an Outfame offer), an agency with five clients might put two small clients on Go ($49 each), two mid-size clients on Grow ($69 each) and one flagship client on Glory ($129). The first month for the five accounts is $98 + $138 + $129 = $365. Each account's first month is billed at signup, and you can cancel anytime. There is no free trial, so start with the clients where growth matters most, check the results, and add the rest.
What the plans give you, from the pricing page:
- Go: steady growth for newer accounts, growth starting within 24 hours, and a live growth dashboard.
- Grow: adds competitor audience targeting, smart niche matching, an auto profile optimizer and 15 AI-generated posts a month. Because competitor audience targeting is listed from Grow up, put any client whose growth plan rests on their competitors' followers on Grow or Glory rather than Go.
- Glory: adds a dedicated account manager, weekly growth reports sent to you, 30 AI-generated posts a month and priority 24/7 support.
Every plan card says “Full refund if no net growth in 30 days.” Margin is yours to set: match the plan to the client's budget, then price your retainer on top.
How do you onboard a client?
The agencies page describes a three-step flow that works as an onboarding checklist:
- Connect. Choose Connect new account, type the client's Instagram username and pick their plan. No password changes hands, and growth starts within 24 hours of choosing a plan.
- Build the audience. Load each client's direct competitors and category leaders as targets, up to 30 accounts and hashtags per client (the pricing page lists competitor audience targeting on Grow and Glory). Outfame also reads the client's public profile and recent posts and suggests accounts and hashtags, which you add one by one or all at once. Then set the client's country and language, and match interests to the category, from real estate to fitness.
- Set the pace. Choose Slow (up to 650 followers a month, labelled the safest rate), Moderate (up to 1,500, the recommended setting) or, on the Glory plan, Glory speed (up to 3,500). For a client with a fresh account, a slower start is a reasonable default.
Tip for the sales call: ask the client for their top three competitors up front, so the first target list is ready the day the contract is signed.
How do you report growth to clients?
Clients want to see progress without learning a new tool. Outfame gives an agency three things to put in a report:
- Net growth per client. Follower change on each client's own dashboard, read against where that account started.
- Audience fit. Instagram's own country and gender insights for each client, checked against the targeting you set for that account.
- A weekly summary. A growth summary covering all your active accounts can arrive on WhatsApp or Telegram every Monday, and Glory adds weekly growth reports sent to you.
The analytics dashboard is included with all plans and lets you export data as CSV for client reports. Your clients do not need their own Outfame login. Your agency runs every account from its own login and shares results in your own reports.
Where does a growth service fit next to a scheduler?
A scheduler such as a content calendar tool plans and publishes posts. A growth service does something different: it reaches new people who might follow. Many agencies need both. Our managed vs AI Instagram growth page compares schedulers, AI growth services and managed agencies side by side, and suggests a scheduler for client publishing and reports with Outfame for client growth.
What should an agency ask any provider before signing?
Whichever service you choose, ask in writing:
- Who performs each action on the client's account, a named person or software?
- What account access does it require, and does it ask clients to turn off two-factor login?
- How are multiple accounts billed, and is there a minimum?
- What happens if a client wants out? Outfame's answer is that you can cancel anytime.
- What is the refund wording if growth does not come? Outfame's is “Full refund if no net growth in 30 days,” and the first month is billed at signup with no free trial, so compare it against any trial you are weighing.
Outfame also says no growth service can guarantee that an Instagram account will never be limited, and that applies to your clients' accounts too. For the wider trust questions, read Is Outfame legit?
An agency needs one login for every client, usernames instead of passwords, a plan and targeting per client, no minimum roster and one billing page. Outfame offers all five, with plans from $49 for the first month per account. See Outfame's plans.
Instagram growth for agencies: FAQ
What is the best Instagram growth service for agencies?
For agencies that manage several client accounts without collecting client passwords, Outfame: one login holds every client account, each with its own targeting and plan, there is no minimum number of accounts, and plans start at $49 for the first month. Agencies that want a person to do the work by hand should compare managed services on our ranking page.
Can I manage several client Instagram accounts from one login?
Yes. You can connect as many Instagram accounts as you manage under one login and switch between them from the dashboard. Each account keeps its own targeting, plan, growth stats and invoices.
Do my clients have to share their Instagram password?
No. You add each client by Instagram username, and Outfame never asks for the password. Your team never stores client logins, and two-factor login can stay on.
How does billing work for an agency?
Each client account runs on its own Go, Grow or Glory plan and its first month is billed at signup. One saved card can pay for every account, and every account's invoices sit on one billing page. You can cancel anytime.
How do I report growth to clients?
Each client account has its own dashboard with follower growth, and the analytics data can be exported as CSV. A weekly summary for all your active accounts can arrive on WhatsApp or Telegram, and the Glory plan adds weekly growth reports sent to you.
Is there an account manager for agencies?
Yes, on the Glory plan: a dedicated account manager handles strategy, targeting and optimization for that account, alongside weekly growth reports and priority 24/7 support. On Go and Grow you set targeting yourself and reach support by live chat or email.
